As a counsellor my aim, simply, is to help my clients move towards a more fulfilling life. So many situations and relationships may cause a client to feel stuck, under-valued, helpless or unsure but I believe that talking through our issues in a supportive and confidential environment can help each of us identify our problems and work towards acceptance and resolution.
I see clients face-to-face in Southampton, and am also happy to work on the internet for those who prefer it, or who have difficulty in travelling.

Before starting seeing clients privately in 2008, I worked for Southampton Counselling and Therapy Centre for over 5 years.Fees
My standard fee is £30.00 per session. Discounts are available for long-term work, and for students. Having been made redundant myself on several occasions in the past, I understand the anxieties surrounding the loss of work and the stability that represents. I am happy to negotiate rates for those in receipt of benefit following redundancy.
A first session of 45 minutes is offered free of charge for you to decide if counselling is right for you.
