I offer a confidential counselling service in a safe and comfortable setting to individual adults and young people. Located in a central Hampshire village, I'm easily reached from Winchester, Eastleigh, Chandler's Ford, Bishop's Waltham and Hedge End and I'm on the 69 bus route.

Issues clients might bring include stress and anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, crisis and trauma, work related problems, family issues and other personal problems.

My integrative approach places emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship of trust and understanding and includes psychodynamic principles, person-centred conditions, Gestalt experiments and Cognitive Behavioural interventions as appropriate.

I also provide counselling supervision for trainees and experienced practitioners.
