I offer confidential and ethical therapeutic counselling in Ashwell which is in easy reach of parts of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. My aim is to work with individuals to come to terms with past or present issues and to support them in making more informed beginnings. I also work with couples to explore the dynamics in their relatioinship to help them move forward with decisions they choose to make together. l am also experienced in NHS settings and offer both short and open ended work. I have extended my training to include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
I practice as a supervisor with both groups and individuals.
