His early career was as a Social Worker supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health problems who were being discharged from long stay hospitals into the community. Thereafter, he worked as a Human Resources Manager for various Social Care organisations specialising in the management of employee relations and resolving disputes. During the last nine years he has gained broad experience as a trainer and lecturer delivering professional and postgraduate training and delivering successful courses to various organisations. He qualified as a Hypnotherapist at the highly respected Atkinson Ball College, which teaches advanced hypnotherapy and NLP techniques. He has since qualified in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and gained NLP Practitioner and NLP Coach qualifications with Igor Ledochowski. He is also a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and Time Line Therapist. More recently he qualified as a Stage Hypnotist with Jonathon Chase. He has developed The Discovery Technique, which is a simple but powerful way to assist individuals use their mind more effectively, achieve their goals and control how they think, feel and take action.
