Sometimes in life we get overwhelmed when things don't work out for us. We don't know how to 'fix' the problem; this can keep us trapped in negative thought patterns, turning our world into a place that is uncomfortable and stressful.
Sometimes when we face loss we feel overwhelmed and are unable to see any light at the end of the tunnel.
Counselling can help you find your way forward by exploring what it is that is causing you 'pain', how to move on from it, empowering you to transform negative thought patterns to thought patterns that empower and heal.
When exploring loss and its meaning, counselling can help you find a way that will help make sense of the loss, enabling you to find peace and enjoy your life again.
