I am a member of BACP, and have an advanced Certificate in System Therapy with Families and Couples from the Institute of Family Therapy as well as a Certificate in Couple Counselling. I offer short and long term professional and confidential counselling to individuals over the age of 18 years. I trained psychodynamically and systemically but prefer to work more integratively. I have worked extensively with couples and individuals difficulties particularly in work with relationship issues including past abuse, domestic violence, sexual difficulties, parenting and step & extended families. I also offer general counselling and help with anxiety, bereavement, depression, stress, addictions, life changing events, loss and self esteem. I welcome enquirers. Fees My fees are £40-45 per hour, though concessions are considered.
