I am an NHS-experienced psychotherapist offering counselling for adults and young people. This can focus on a specific area such as relationships, bereavement, illness, stress, career & work, sexuality, pregnancy and parenting but can also be appropriate for a broader range of life issues from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, to looking for new directions in your life.

Through working in a safe, accepting and non-judgemental environment, I will help you to explore and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. This process can help you to reflect on how your previous experiences might have affected your current relationships and life choices and, in doing so, gives you the opportunity to identify areas for positive change.

If you are unsure whether counselling is the right thing for you, we can meet for an initial session to talk in confidence about how I might be able to help.

I am an accredited member of the BACP and work to their code of ethics; I am also a member of AIP (the Association for Independent Practitioners) and UKRCP Registered Independent Counsellor & Psychothrapist.

Appointments now available daytime and early evening at The Natural Gateway Clinic, 121 Theobald Street, Borehamwood (near Radlett & Shenley & Elstree). Easily accessible from the Watford & St Albans area.

New enquiries welcome.
