Sessions usually last an hour. No experience or skill is required.

Art / drama therapy can be useful for:
  • Children and young adults.
  • People who feel 'stuck' and who 'don't have any answers'.
  • People with depression.
  • Mental health issues.
  • Eating disorders.
  • Self-harming.
  • Alcohol and drug addiction.

    It can also be useful for people or young people with learning difficulties.

    Qualifications & Training

  • MA and PGDip in Drama and Movement Therapy (Sesame).
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council.

    Experience
    I have been working for over ten years in the NHS with eathing disorders, drug and alcohol addiction and with people who suffer from Mental Health problems.

    Currently I am working in education throughout the area.

    Fees
    £40 per hour.
