Experience
Psychotherapy is underpinned by a strong therapeutic relationship. This facilitates therapeutic approaches and techniques to psychotherapy.

Both counsellors and psychotherapists may use a variety of approaches to therapy and techniques which may come from Cognitive Behavioural, Transactional Analysis (T. A), Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Person-Centred, NLP, Existential and Psychoanalytical principals.
