I am a UKCP Registered therapeutic counsellor with substantial experience, having worked with a wide range of difficulties, I also work with young people as well as adults. I offer a warm safe environment to safely explore issues over a period of time at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The initial session can be a useful way to decide if we could work together and to establish the best possible way forward, whether this might be to focus on a particular issue or to have more intensive longer term therapy. I offer long and short term counselling which is usually on a weekly basis. My private practice number is strictly confidential and I will always try to respond quickly to any enquiries. There is free on site parking available. As a member of the BACP I abide by their code of ethics and I have an ongoing commitment to further training for my own personal development.

Substantial expereince in NHS Mental Health Settings and Counselling Agencies working in the long and short term. I also work with clients referred through local PCTs (Primary Care Trust) and I am a qualified assessment counsellor. As well as private practice I am also a counsellor in a senior school.
