I seek to provide a safe and confidential space to enable clients to gain insight and self-awareness and to explore ways to deal with situations and crises they may be facing. My approach is to support and nurture a client's own notion of how they live their life and follow their own path.
Existing destructive patterns of behaviour or negative thinking can block our progress. Counselling and therapy draw on the strength of the client, helping them to reach their full potential. Working on our fears and anxieties helps us to realise that we do have choices.
