ABOUT OUR THERAPY AND HOW IT WORKS.

As individual psychoanalytic psychotherapist we work with you to develop a therapeutic relationship in which together we can explore and begin to understand the underlying (unconscious) processes that may be impacting upon your life. It has long been recognised that many of the difficulties we face are present in our unconscious minds and that the process of accessing, exploring and understanding these aspects of ourselves can lead to a more fulfilling life. We have undergone an extensive training and personal therapy in order to be able to work at depth with these unconscious processes and support you in this work. We meet with you on a regular basis once or twice a week. Our role is not to criticise or to give advice but to help you have a more complete understanding of yourself.
