I wish to help my clients to develop their own true inner potential and find their direction in life by first understanding their symptoms and why these are currently blocking the way and then overcoming them by trying to find more appropriate ways of approaching life.
I am embracing a holistic view on life and thus I believe that healing includes the integration of split-off or repressed parts of the psyche. This is a focus in my therapies. I combine psychodynamic and spiritual as well as astrological concepts in my work, I use guided imagery and humanistic approaches, and I am also influenced by C.G. Jung and his concept of the "individuation process".
I have also trained as a Past-Life-Regression Therapist (Deep Memory Process) with Roger Woolger and as such I also offer regression work to clients if appropriate.Qualifications & Training
German equivalent of a Master's Degree in Psychology.
Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (UKCP-registered).
Training in Past-Life-Regression-Therapy (Deep Memory Process) and a member of IDMA.
Training in Imaginative Psychodynamic Trauma-centred Psychotherapy.
Training in Systemic Family-Social-Therapy.

Alongside my 6 years psychoanalytic training I have been working as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in a Psychosomatic Rehabilitation Clinic in Germany for 7 years, and since June 2007 I have been working as a Senior Counsellor for the NHS in Primary Care.
Additionally I have started my private practice in November 2008.
I have a wide range of experience in a huge variety of symptoms, issues and disorders, such as anxiety and depression, psychosomatic and eating disorders, personality disorders, OCD, relationship difficulties, bereavement, abuse, identity and spiritual crises and others.Fees
£35.00 for individual sessions (50 minutes).
£50.00 for couple sessions (1 hour).
£80.00 for regression sessions (2 hours).
