From past working experience as a teacher I am happy to work with teenagers. I have had direct personal experience of both long-term illness, and acute serious illness, as a spouse. During my advanced diploma studies in trauma and loss I was introduced to an approach using body-centred mindfulness which I believe sits comfortably alongside person-centred, client-led work. I am willing to work within a time-limited framework if it is unavoidable. I am also willing to meet clients in their homes; this is to enable disabled and house-bound clients to access counselling. I am a resource for a family support centre. I work for a charity offering a free service to all; and privately. Qualifications & Training Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling.
