I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy (short term solution focused work and long-term/open ended) to adults and adolescents.

In Bexley I use rooms in a residence on Hurst Road, at the corner with Abbeyhill Road in Sidcup, Bexley. This location is easily accessible by road (5 mins from A2 at Danson Interchange) and there is on-street parking on both Hurst and Abbeyhill Roads. 176 Hurst Road is also accesiible by bus (no. 229) and Albany Park and Sidcup Rail stations are each 10 minutes walk away.

In Central London I use rooms at 45 Central Street, EC1V. 5 minutes walk to Old Street Station (Northern Line) or Barbican Station (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City Lines). There is also parking immediately outside 45 Central Street and the location is well served by multiple bus routes.

    Experience
    I have worked with a wide of variety issues, including depression, bereavement, stress, trauma, living with disability and sexual & emotional abuse. I have a particular interest in men's issues and masculinity, and wrote my master's dissertation on the subject.

    Aside from my regular private practice, I have also offered counselling to young people in schools and in psychiatric settings, and am presently engaged in parent and child group therapies for a Kent charity.
