My counselling style varies from client centred to Solution Focused, depending on your preferred way or working. I use Clean Language, Autogenics and Hypnotherapy in my work. Clean Language works with your thoughts and feelings and centres them within your body; different parts can then interact to bring about change. Autogenics can help to clear old feelings of anxiety,anger and sadness by expressing them out loud; hypnotherapy works with different thoughts and feelings, as well as helping to change patterns of behaviour and helping you to feel calm and relaxed. Self-hypnotherapy is also taught so you can use it in your own time.
