We have a highly trained and experienced team of 14 Cognitive Behavioural therapists all accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). All therapists hold dual positions with Efficacy and senior positions in the NHS or Academic Institutions. Positions in the NHS are at a managerial level co-ordinating specialist CBT services and in academia are providing CBT psychotherapy training at an advanced level. As a training organisation we have therapists on placement from Kings College London and the Institute of Psychiatry offering therapy at a reduced fee. We are located close to Victoria Station in Westminster and Monument in The City of London, providing accessibility across central London.
