Chartered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist. Counselling and psychotherapy for individuals.

Telephone counselling is also available for individuals. (Telephone counselling sessions need to be paid for in advance).

People ask what sort of topics come up in therapy. My clients talk about anxiety, life issues and bereavement. Many feel unsure of themselves, and are often recovering from loss, as well as disappointing or more traumatic situations.

There are people who prefer to come for personal growth work without currently feeling overwhelmed or burdened by feelings of anxiety, loss, or a lack of confidence.

Fees are the same for face-to-face and telephone sessions. The fees are negotiable. Telephone counselling fees are payable in advance.

The fees for counselling and psychotherapy are negotiable for the time being, because we are living in difficult times financially and therapy needs to be affordable, if possible.

Number of sessions vary from:
  • a one-off consultation;
  • short-term therapy (5 sessions);
  • medium-term therapy (12 sessions), and
  • open-ended therapy (weekly sessions) for people who want to work at their own pace in understanding more about themselves and their relationships in the context of their own lives.

    My approach is described on my website.
