We have our centrally located offices in London's vibrant Covent Garden, Holborn at 25 Floral Street WC2E 9DS.
We are a team of highly trained and experienced Psychotherapists and Counsellors dedicated to excellence in the practice of therapy. Our London practice offers a comprehensive Counselling and Psychotherapy Service for Individuals, Couples and Groups.
Our service provides a safe environment to promote emotional well-being, personal growth, and healing. Our approach to Psychotherapy and Counselling is based on Psychodynamic principles that explore thoughts, feelings and issues related to present difficulties that have their causation in the past.
Additionally, our Psychotherapists and Counsellors incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
We can help with stress and anxiety, depression, personal relationship breakdowns, loss, separation & bereavement, alcoholism and addictions, eating disorders, self harm, low self worth and self-image, problems at work and with career, health issues, lack of purpose, meaning and value, abuse and trauma issues.
Our service provides a completely free initial assessment that will identify the issues that are troubling you and causing distress.
Once the assessment is complete we will be able to formulate a treatment Plan and decide which Psychotherapist or Counsellor would be most able to Clinically support you. We will usually inform you the day after the assessment once the Team have had an opportunity to discuss your needs.
We subscibe to the UKCP Code of Ethics and BACP Ethical Framework.

Sessions are usually weekly, however Patients undergoing
particularly challenging periods may benefit from twice weekly sessions at a reduced rate.
