I am accredited as an individual and group psychotherapist and bodywork therapist by the UKAHPP and am a graduate of three trainings - The Institute for the Development of Human Potential (2 years), The Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies (3 years) and The British Association of Analytical Body Psychtherapy (5 years).Experience
I have extensive experience of working with the majority of issues that people bring to therapy. I have a particular interest in working with self esteem and body image problems; anger, whether the difficulty is managing it or expressing it; unhappy or repeatedly unfulfilling relationships, especially in sexual partnerships; recovery from post traumatic stress/chronic unresolved shock; and dealing with the emotional consequences of social oppression and the ecological crisis.Fees
Individual sessions: £65. Ongoing Group sessions: £32.50 for two and a half hour groups, £26 for 2 hour groups. One day weekend groups £60, one day theme workshops £70, 2 day weekend groups £110.
