Person Centered counselling in Richmond, Ealing and The City of London. I am a Diploma qualified Person Centered Counsellor working from Richmond. I also offer counselling in Ealing from the Metanoia Institute and from Fleet Street in the City of London.

I am a registered member of the BACP. I hold a Person Centered Diploma and am in the final stages of an Msc in Person Centered Psychotherapy training. This involves intensive academic study, clinical reflective practice and extensive supervision throughout. This degree of study reflects my commitment to offering clients a professional therapy provision and in depth way of working.

My private counselling practise in Ealing has enabled me to offer counselling to a variety of people from various cultures, religions and sexualities. I have experience of working with post traumatic stress disorder and those who have suffered trauma from sexual abuse both as adults or children. My work with young people has included anger management, self esteem issues, depression, sexual abuse and eating disorders.

Many of my previous clients have come to counselling through their relationship breakdown or to work through difficulties in an existing relationship. This has included issues around domestic violence or generalised feelings of dissatisfaction.

I have also worked succesfully with people who self harm and feel anxious or suicidal. I offer a safe and confidential space for people to consider their coping strategies and how to find more satisfying ways of being in the world. I also work with individuals in areas such as: depression, addictions, stress management through mindfulness practise, low self esteem and anger management.

I offer counselling from the Metanoia Institute in Ealing. This is near to Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway tube stations and there are also good bus links from Chiswick, Acton and Shepherds Bush and Notting Hill. I also offer counselling in Richmond where I work from home and can offer early morning and evening appointments. The nearest tube is Richmond approximately 200 meters from my address.

I also offer counselling and psychotherapy in the City of London, Fleet Street - EC4Y 1DH. I have appointments from 7am to 9pm and offer a sliding scale for those on limited incomes.
