The essence of working from a transpersonal perspective is to help the best and well parts of ourselves deepen self understanding and move us forward and that every person has two journeys - the journey of the everyday self and the journey of the soul. This theme is optional for the clients and does not preclude any particular belief system. I holds a holistic view that we already have within us a vast potential. I use a range of tools including art therapy, Gestalt, guided visualisations and dreamwork. Couple counselling is also available.
