I have a Gestalt based holistic approach according to the client's needs which is relational and analytical but often includes creativity, dream work, sandtray, music, storytelling, and spiritual tools to facilitate accessing the unconscious and throw light onto the roots of the issues.
First contact can be made by phone or email to assess possible needs and availability followed by a session to discuss presenting issues and challenges. Often between 6 and 10 sessions can be sufficient. I am particularly experienced in working with women with issues related to fertility, relationships, self esteem, mid life crisis, bereavement, identity and displacement and with young people and children where I often work with the mother and the child.
