As a Counselling Psychologist I can integrate different interventions and therapeutic approaches, including CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. These have been found to be effective with a wide range of symptoms and can be employed for short, problem-focused work or for longer-term psychotherapy. My aim is to empower you and enhance your self-awareness, to help you develop effective strategies for addressing problematic issues and to be more fulfilled in life.

  • BSc Psychology (Distinction, University of Westminster).
  • Post-Grad. Diploma in Counselling Psychology (Roehampton University).
  • MSc Counselling Psychology (Roehampton University).
  • Post-Grad. Diploma in the Practice of Counselling Psychology (Roehampton University).
  • Chartered Counselling Psychologist (British Psychological Society).
  • Practitioner Psychologist (Health Professions Council).

    Experience
    I am a counsellor and psychotherapist accredited with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and adhering to its Ethics and Code of Conduct. As a Practitioner Psychologist, I am also registered with the HPC (Health Professions Council).

    I have been working as a psychologist, counsellor and psychotherapist in a variety of settings, including the NHS (Hospital rehabilitation services in Brent; Westminster, Ealing and Hounslow Primary Care Trusts), private hospitals (The Priory North London), mental health organisations (Mind) and in the voluntary sector.
