I have a down to earth approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I integrate different approaches, according to what you might need: cognitive, existential, humanistic, body focusing. Past, present and future can be explored from what matters now.

If we choose to work together, we will explore the problems that concern you, your experiences, feeling and thoughts about your life and your relationships, and the choices you have made and would like to make. I don't give advice or choose a particular direction for you. I will listen, be along side you, and together we can consider ways of finding your own solutions.

Where I practice: Linen Hall is halfway down Regent Street, and is close to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus tubes and Charing Cross train station. There is a parking station nearby in Cavendish Square. It's convenient for Soho, Mayfair, the West End and Bond Street.
