Art therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses the creative process as part of the therapeutic work. You don't have to be 'good' at art to do this work. Please read about my approach and wide experience on my site and feel free to call me for an initial try-out session. You don't have to be in distress or trauma to discover what art therapy can offer you, and I have run Provocative Art Therapy Workshops for the general public since 1998. Information about my work with individuals, children, in adult psychiatry and the generally curious and creative is on my site. I am also a Supervisor for art therapy trainees and qualified therapists.
