Christopher Hansard is a writer, thinker, healer, therapeutic facilitator and workshop leader in the areas of health, well-being, humanity and spirituality. He is the author of three bestselling books on pre-Buddhist Tibetan medicine, lifestyle and spirituality. . His books are published in many foreign languages, including German, Italian, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Czech, Hungarian, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, and many more.

He has been a key note speaker at many major events on health, society and well-being and has twice, spoken at the Oxford Union. Christopher Hansard has written regular columns on health and well-being for British national newspapers and featured as an expert advisor to many health magazines. He has regularly appeared on both radio and television, appearing in newspapers and magazines both in the United Kingdom, and globally. He has had a radio show on health and self healing with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

He has been featured in lists of the top 100 practitioners in the United Kingdom by various newspapers and magazines. He has been featured in publications such as The Sunday Times, The Times, The Financial Times, The Scotsman, Scotsman on Sunday, The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, Vogue, The Daily Express, Mail on Sunday and many general interest magazines.

Hansard’s professional practise, based in London, United Kingdom, encompasses his work as a Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Trauma Facilitator, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapist, and Mindfulness Trainer. He practices and applies Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy in assisting his clients with healing themselves, and he teaches self-healing methods along with his work as a spiritual counsellor. Hansard is also a Schema Coach helping people to break free of repetitive life patterns.

For more than 20 years, he has worked as a practitioner of pre Buddhist Tibetan Dur Bon Medicine, treated many hundreds of people, and taught around the world, sharing this ancient but life-affirming wisdom. Hansard uses this natural system of medicine as part of his therapeutic work to facilitate his client’s physical and emotional well-being. He assists people to recover from emotional and physical conditions as well as addictions, grief, anxiety, shock, trauma, the long-term effects of illness and disease, the effects of bullying and harassment, both in the day-to-day world and online.

Hansard is a CCC Registered Counsellor whose Central London practise provides on-premises therapy, as well as secure and confidential online and telephone-based counselling and advisory services. Certificates and Diplomas in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT Therapy), Mindfulness Based Coaching, Schema Coaching, ongoing professional supervision and insurance.

Fees
Intitial Consultation is 2 hours, and is £180. After that hourly sessions are £60 per hour. Will offer concessions at my discretion based on client's needs and situation. I charge the same rates for sessions conducted by telephone.
