I work with people who want to make changes in their lives.
You may want to achieve a specific goal, such as a career change or a fuller life after divorce, but are having trouble in getting there. Or you may have particular concerns which you need to talk through, such as a bereavement, retirement or a major change in circumstances, maybe the illness of a partner or child.
You may want to sort out deep-rooted issues which have been with you for some time and continue to plague you. For instance you may have trouble in maintaining relationships, or controlling your expenditure. You may feel held back because you are anxious, angry, phobic or addictive. You may lack self-confidence, or have problems with trust.
Like many people, you may feel that that you cannot "see the wood for the trees" and that you have lost sight of how best to live.
Whatever your issue, I can work with you to open it up and understand it better, so that we can see what is happening to you, where the problem has come from and how to change it.
