My approach is transpersonal and integrative. The ultimate goal of this approach is not merely the alleviation of suffering, but the integration of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being. It is not solely concerned with dwelling on our problems, but includes the exploration of our potential and the development of our inner resources and creativity.
There is sometimes a misconception that therapy is only for people with mental health problems: this is not the case. Psychotherapy is often and increasingly being used by those of us who want to understand our own behaviours and emotional reactions and patterns, and is a powerful tool for personal growth and increased self-awareness.
In this spirit I attempt to follow the lead of each individual and provide what is needed to help activate and allow the individuals own inner healing system to flourish.Qualifications & Training I have completed the five year taught component of the Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am working towards completing the written requirement of the Diploma course. Also working towards UKCP and BACP accreditation.
In 2009 I completed an Integrated Training Course on Death, Dying, Bereavement & Loss at Cruse Bereavement, Kensington & Chelsea.
I also completed the Certificate in the Foundations of Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2008.Experience I have extensive experience in
