    Experience
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. My private counselling psychology practice is based on Harley Street and in Euston, Central London. I also work part-time at the University College London Student Psychological Services (UCL SPS) where I am employed as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) specialist among a multi-disciplinary team. Within the university I provide individual counselling and CBT workshops introducing the basic ideas of CBT to clients along with workshops targeting the specific areas of anxiety and depression aimed at providing clients with the understanding and skills needed to manage and improve their conditions. I am also a visiting lecturer for the trainee psychiatrists.

Before my professional training I volunteered for the charitable organisation The Samaritans for 3 years. I have since been in professional clinical practice from 2006 and worked with individuals ranging in age and emotional and mental difficulties in a variety of settings. I have worked with adolescence with Drug and Alcohol issues using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address and help change their usage. I have also worked at a charitable organisation providing counselling support for clients via self-referral as well as other organisations through which I have received referrals with varying severity from local GPs.
