During your first introductory session you will have the opportunity to talk of what has brought you to counselling. This first session will also be an opportunity for you to decide whether I am a suitable counsellor for you.Qualifications & Training I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold a BACP accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling from LIFE-FORCE, Colchester.Experience Prior to working in private practice, I was a volunteer counsellor for the Community Alcohol Team in Barking.
