“If we look at the internal experiences, the past is no longer there and the future has yet to come” - Dalai Lama

My work as a counsellor has developed a practice that is unique and based on knowledge and experience. I believe that change is inevitable and when an individual makes that initial step to discover who they are, anything is possible.

Many clients initially feel fear and wonder what counselling is all about and how it will impact on their lives. Often a client is initially brought to counselling through an event or trauma that can lead to them feeling vulnerable and often exposed. I work to keep my clients safe and together we build a trust that allows them to walk through doors perhaps closed for them in the past. Confidentiality is imperative at all times.

Over the years I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with a range of organisations and companies. This has offered me a wonderful insight into varying issues resulting in knowledge that has been integrative to my work. I believe "anything is possible".

I aim to keep the work short term and work at an accelerated pace which brings about change rapidly.
