My aim is to provide the support, clarity and insight that will assist you in resolving these issues. Counselling and therapy sessions are there to support you while we work through your issues together. Through being listened to and through us working together in your interests, you will be able to find resources, approaches and solutions that will assist you. There are many areas of life that can be significantly improved by sessions, resulting in relief from and understanding of initial difficulties. I have seen from those I work with how sessions can result in increased health and well-being, an increased sense of meaning and purpose, improved relationships with yourself and others, confidence, career progression, improved perspective, clarity and a sense of balance and fulfilment. I am committed to my own ongoing professional and personal development, through continuing study and group work as well as my own psychotherapy and supervision. Qualifications & Training I hold a post-graduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy. I am a member of the UKCP and I adhere to their code of conduct for professional ethics and confidentiality. All sessions are confidential and my practice is fully insured. Fees My fee is £50 per 50 minute session from East London, £60 from West London.
