I work in a psychodynamic style which is further influenced by my deep interest in Attachment Theory. By exploring the patterns of our past, the nature of our earliest relationships and difficulties experienced, we can achieve a more profound understanding of ourselves and our present difficulties in a place of safety and non-judgement.
I offer short and long-term therapy, face to face, based on an assessment. Issues that I have experience with include abuse, anxiety, compulsions, cultural identity, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and obsessive behaviour.
I also offer supervision to working counsellors.Qualifications & Training BA Hons.
