I trained at Regent's College and The Bowlby Centre as an attachment-based psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I have been practicing since 1996 and have worked both privately and in an NHS setting. I believe that pain and loss are created through broken attachment relationships and repair also has to take place through a healing relationship, whether this is in a personal or therapeutic environment. Attachment-based psychotherapy can give us the opportunity to experience, perhaps for the first time, a relationship where it feels safe enough to explore the fears and losses experienced in a broken or ruptured attachment, and find ways of understanding them. This enables change to take place so we may start to create the kind of life we really want.Qualifications & Training Post-graduate psychoanalytic psychodynamic training at The Bowlby Centre 1999-2003.
