I became a counsellor after I had bereavement counselling following the death of my father. This counselling helped me greatly and I wanted to help others who too were experiencing crises in their life and help them to cope and move forward in their lives.

The issues that I cover are: depression, bereavement, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD, trauma (PTSD), relationships, divorce, couple counselling, eating disorders, addictions- smoking, drinking problems and drug problems, pregnancy, infertility, terminations, work related issues like redundancy, bullying, harassment and career counselling.
