Psychosynthesis as a methodology recognises the very many issues and concerns that relate also to spiritual aspirations and development of self as well as the essential emotional, physical and mental realms of experience. (However, it is now widely recognised that where there is an empathic relationship there is an opportunity for healing and growth whatever the particular therapeutic modality might be.) Using a variety of methods suited to each individual I also like to work creatively (for example through imagery or symbol) though always with the express purpose of focussing on what matters most to each client.
