One time or another we are all faced with some kind of distress in our life. So many variables connect us to the ever-changing environment we live in:
Relationships
Partners
Friends
Occupation
Health
Disease
Old age
Family
Reproduction
Bereavement
Trauma
In dealing with various different experiences in our lives, we sometimes get stuck in solving particular issues within our experiences.
Sometimes it becomes too difficult to resolve an issue on our own. It helps to share our difficulties with another person and as the saying goes 'two heads are better than one'.
Creating a safe ideal secure environment for you, to come and share you difficulties with a professional, a professional who knows how to create the right therapeutic conditions, where you can disclose and explore your difficulties. By effective listening, non-judgemental acceptance and authenticity, I would assist you in assessing possible solutions.

HypnotherapyExperience Having personally experienced the effectiveness of counselling, I decided to train as a therapeutic counsellor. I chose Humanistic Counselling because the teachings were attuned to my values and beliefs.
Having worked in many different occupations and experienced various levels of responsibilities, travelled and experienced three different continents, I have learned a lot about people and their behaviours. Been brought up in a strict family and yet experienced social life to a great deal as a rebellion. I have a deep interest in different cultural philosophies and enjoy exploring 'The meaning of life'.
I have studied three humanistic models:
Person-centred
Transactional Analysis
Gestalt
I have had over four years of counselling and psychotherapy training in an approved training institution approved by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, where Person-Centred is my base model. The other two models which I have learned are Gestalt and Transactional-Analysis. I use a mixture of all three models, to understand the needs of my clients but the focus is to empower the client, so that they can find their own solutions.Fees £35.
