It is confidential and non-judgmental. Sessions can be once weekly or more often. I began my career working with children and went on to gain experience in psychotherapy with adults and with adolescents of school and university age. I have worked with a wide variety of difficulties ranging from depression and anxiety to social phobia and withdrawal, panic and family difficulties as well as psychiatrically diagnosable conditions such as obsessional thought processes, hysteria and borderline personality. My usual fees are between £40 and £50 per session depending on income. I will occasionally reduce fees if necessary.
