Anxiety, anger, eating disorder and relationship problems are amongst the most frequent issues that I work through with my clients in my private and non private practice.
My approach is integrative which means I employ different ways of working depending on the individual's needs. Whichever theoretical stance or practical approach I may take, the relationship between me and the client is central and very important. Therapy in my view is about creating an environment where the client can feel safe enough to be able to trust and express him or herself as freely as possible and get the opportunity to explore and gain insight into patterns of living that may be destructive. This awareness can bring about the possibility of having choices, hence the ability to shift the stuck-ness or repetitive cycles that often clients find themselves caught with.Qualifications & Training I have an Advanced Diploma and M.A in Integrative psychotherapy and counselling. I am registered practitioner with the UKCP and BACP member. I am professionally supervised by an integrative UKCP registered supervisor.Fees £40-50.
