I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, teacher, mentor and supervisor and Therapons Institute Accredited Addictions Counsellor. Drawing from training in a wide variety of evidence based approaches to wellness, I offer:

    I have 10 years experience of helping people successfully resolve a range of issues including past trauma, current struggles and fears about the future. This includes helping people manage and overcome: workplace stress; low self esteem; relationship issues; shyness; anxiety; panic; phobia; depression; bipolar depression; childhood and adult trauma; self harm; substance misuse; and hearing voices.

    I offer a welcoming and accepting space and use an integrative evidence based approach that I specifical tailor to your individual needs, goals and priorities.

    I offer flexible appointments in locations most suitable to you achieving your goals or overcoming specific fears, including: therapy rooms, home & workplace, public transport, community settings and nature.

    Qualifications & Training
    I am fully accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, accredited as a trainer & lecturer with the Institute of Learning and registered with the Health Professions Council.

    Experience
    I have 16 years experience of working in mental health related settings, 12 years experience as a qualified therapist and group facilitator and 9 years experience of providing supervision, coaching and training.

    Fees
    Each session costs between £45 and £120 per hour, depending on setting.
