I have over 7 years experience of running my own successful private practice in North London. My referrals are drawn from GPs and word of mouth and I see clients at both my consulting rooms in Highgate and my home in Crouch End. I also teach on the Counselling Psychology programme at London Metropolitan University where I am responsible for the clinical development of trainees. I have over 1000 hours of individual therapy undertaken and I work with both individuals and couples experiencing distress. I specialise in working with anxiety and depression and my approach is broadly CBT, with other therapeutic interventions, such as Mindfulness, accessed where appropriate. I also have extensive NHS experience, working primarily with adults experiencing chronic illness and/or pain. I also offer personal therapy and supervision to students on counselling/therapy training courses.Qualifications & Training Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society
