I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic and transpersonal approaches. You may have time in your life when you feel stuck and unsure of what to do next, either in your job, relationship or life in general. You may feel you are repeating patterns: the same arguments, the same work difficulties, the same unfulfilled dreams. This may bring on depression, addiction, anxiety or other overwhelming feelings. You may have experienced loss and would like to make sense of your life and new direction. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. This will be your space and you are welcome to bring to therapy anything you wish to discuss. I will not offer you advice or make decision for you, but I will listen and help you to explore your feelings and emotions about your situation and help you to make choices which will feel more fulfilling of your needs and desires. I also work with your unconscious processes, not easily accessible or visible to you at present, but which maybe motivating your decisions and the way you relate to others. I may work with your creativity and use visualisation, dreams and paintings. I offer counselling in both English and Polish. Qualifications & Training I gained my Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from the Mary Ward Centre. I am a BACP member and I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. Experience I have experience of working in community counselling centres, within mental health settings and privately. I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of issues including addictions, anxiety, bereavement, cultural and identity issues, life transitions, relationship difficulties and women's issues. Fees I charge £40.00 per session. I offer concessions for those who are unable to pay the whole fee.
