I offer individual and couple counselling and psychotherapy from an existential perspective and provide individual supervision for students coming from a variety of therapeutic orientations.
The aim of the therapy is to help gain greater understanding of yourself and your life including the possibilities that are open to you. This aims to enable you to live life with more ease, confidence and fulfillment and to move forward.
Existential psychotherapy is about helping you to understand and make sense of your life and what is happening to you now. It's about finding some sort of meaning for what is taking place in your life and making sense of your experience. It's also about realizing that you have choices about how you would like your life to be.
