I also teach Social Dancing at parties, various celebrations and corporate events. A periodic dance class can provide your staff with a great time. It can also encourage them to work in harmony whilst improving their health, co-ordination and social skills.

I have over 20 years psychotherapeutic experience of treating adult patients of all races, sex and creed in a therapeutic setting. I also train and supervise counsellors, voluntary and social workers. I encourage mastery-skills and enjoyment of problem solving and thereby reduce tendencies towards helplessness, depression and anxiety.
The purpose of this therapeutic encounter is to integrate the various components of the psyche, to cause them to operate in a harmonious and consistent fashion. Eventually you feel able to operate as an independent individual with a strong identity. You will develop and consolidate your authenticity & integrity and you will gain sovereignty over your life.
The individuation of the Self facilitates the ability to start the mystical ascent and gradually individuals within the therapeutic framework achieve autonomy in their lives.
Remember that you do not have to be ill for your life to get better. In fact recreating and revitalising yourself constantly will enhance your sense of identity and feelings of joy, happiness and well-being. Something magical and beautiful takes place within the therapeutic relationship.Fees
