My task as therapist is to help you achieve an understanding of your feelings, not to provide judgement or advice. Psychoanalytic counselling is an enabling process: enabling you to a better understanding of yourself, your feelings and behaviours and from there making personal change for the better a possibility.

I see therapy clients for regular weekly sessions in my home in North London, which is very close to Winchmore Hill BR station, a few minutes from Enfield, Palmers Green and Southgate, and at my psychotherapy practice in Central London at 89 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1DH.

Qualifications & Training
I am a qualified Psychoanalytic Therapist, trained at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation in London (WPF) and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic studies from Roehampton University as well as the Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling.

As an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am qualified to practice as a psychotherapist. BACP members are required 'to demonstrate the capacity for independent, competent, ethical practice’ and must have both recognised training and substantial experience in the practice of counselling or psychotherapy.

I am also an accredited member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC), which is the graduate body for the Westminster Pastoral Foundation.

Experience
I offer both long-term, open-ended psychotherapy and short-term, brief focused work. my experience included work with the following issues: grief, relationship problems, stress, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, bullying, isolation, incest and anxiety.

Fees
£50 - £60 per session depending on location.
