People come to counselling with a wide range of personal, emotional and relationship difficulties. There are times in many people's lives when they feel unable to cope. Exploring these feelings and difficulties and understanding conflicts can be helpful so that you can deal with concerns that are influencing how you react to situations now. Together we will try and understand difficulties, including unresolved feelings and trauma from the past, painful conflicts in the present, or worries about the future. Counselling and psychotherapy provides a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings. It is not easy to see a counsellor for the first time, and it is not unusual to feel hesitant about sharing personal information.Qualifications & Training Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Studies.
