I aim to provide a non judgemental and safe space where either alone or as part of a couple you can gain a fuller understanding of the issues that are causing you conflict or distress.

My approach is:

Attachment Based - Our sense of self is informed by our earliest relationships and environment. It can be useful to understand how your early life influences your way of being in the world, your identity and your interactions as a lover or a partner.

Psychoanalytic - Significant experiences in the past such as loss, trauma, and neglect can inform our responses in the here and now. It can be important to understand what this means for you if there are things that you would like to change.

Relational - Therapy can be a safe confidential relationship for you to explore your identity and trust in yourself and others.

Hopefully we can work together towards your feeling happy in yourself, in your choices and desires, confident in your body, and to support you to develop intimate and loving adult attachments and to live a fulfilled sexual life and to enjoy the potential of your chosen relationships.
