Many of us experience difficulties at certain stages in life and these can be related to depression, change, anger, self-esteem, relationships, loss (of any kind) and family problems. The feelings that arise at these times can be hard to manage on our own. This is where counselling can help provide some insight leading to a better understanding and acceptance of ourselves.
I offer both short and long term counselling in my private practice in Barnes, South West London. I also offer short term work in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These can be from 6 - 12 sessions. My practice is accessible by private or public transport from Hammersmith and Fulham as well as Putney, Richmond, Chiswick and Wimbledon.Qualifications & Training Member of BACP as counsellor and therapist.
Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, Birkbeck College and Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Certificate in Post Qualifying Cognitive Behavioural Skills.Experience I have six years experience in counselling in both public and private settings.Fees £40 per hour. Some reduced fees available.
