There are times in our lives when we feel we are unable to cope or to connect. Issues relating to relationships, sexuality, addictions, stress, self esteem and identity are just some of the reasons why we may feel depressed.

My outlook is based on the belief that the clients needs are of the utmost importance. Therefore the ability to maintain confidentiality and develop the therapeutic relationship is paramount.

Through the means of 1-2-1 counselling, the aim is to empower all clients to restore balance, trust and clarity into their lives. My role is to enable clients to be open and to address certain processes that may hinder their path to recovery. The hope is that together you can understand yourself better and change certain patterns of behaviour.

Qualifications & Training

  • BSc in Psychology and Sociology.
  • Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
  • Member of the BACP.

    Experience
I have worked with vulnerable groups and families for over 10 years.
I worked as a therapist for over three years at the Wandsworth Association of Psychotherapists.

I have worked with clients with a range of issues such as depression, eating disorders, identity, low self esteem & self worth, anxieties, panic attacks, aggression & anger, loss, relationships, substance misuse, culture, gender and sexuality.

    Fees
Counselling fees begin at £45.00. Before any commitments are made, all clients receive an initial assessment. Assessments are an opportunity for you to talk about the issues that are most affecting you, as well as establishing whether we can work comfortably and effectively with one another. All initial assessments last 50 minutes and cost £45.00.
